The UPS beeps once every 5 minutes or so, its a continuous single beep. The light is solid green, I tried turning it off and unplugging it already. I keep looking online for a clue but the answers or theories are that there is an overload or low battery. The UPS is only 5 months old and only has my modem/router connected so its not an old battery or overload. Any ideas? thank you in advance

I suggest you contact APC Technical Support to narrow down root cause and report back the outcome. You’ll need to provide the following information when doing so: Serial number, receipt, and brief description of the problem along with any error codes, status lights / sounds.
In the interim if this unit has the ability to connect to a computer using APC Power Chute Software. This would tell you immediately what the system believes is the active fault / error.
You can share that information here and relay the same to APC Technical Support.
