BR1500G with flashing battery with X
I have a couple of these but this one has a flashing battery with a X, battery shows full though? SN:3b1339x20187

That icon is the replace battery indicator. When it is solid, it means replace your battery and the UPS failed its internal self test. When it is flashing, it means that the UPS thinks the battery is disconnected. What I would do is:
1.) Make sure the battery is not physically disconnected or loose (which it sounds like it is not if it can read the charge),
2.) If you have a non critical load on your UPS or can disconnect the critical load, I'd pull the plug on the UPS to see if it switches to battery. If it does, then it is likely an issue with the UPS itself that it can't see the battery and could require a UPS replacement. If the UPS turns off, then the battery is probably dying (even though it reports a full charge) and needs to be replaced (whether under warranty or not). When the battery voltage gets below a certain level, the UPS may not "see" it anymore and you'd see this symptom.
