Hello,
Currently I have roughly 1.5-2 volts running through the ground/neutral coming out of a typical wall outlet. I need to get rid of this as it taking out some sensitive control boards I have. Currently I have the Back-Ups XS 1500. I was considering going up to the BR1500G but wanted to know if that model will eliminate the volts I currently have running through the ground/neutral? Thanks.

BR are cheap stand-by UPS, they have no effect over ground and neutral cabling besides filtering.
You should use an isolation transformer in order to regenerate neutral there are a couple models i think that come with smart RT UPS Models.
Normally a use a small dedicated isolation transformer.
I also recommend you check harmonic distortion levels.

Is there any unit that APC sells that will take care of the voltage I currently have going through the ground/neutral wire?
