BE850G2-CP USB-A port for charging - low current
Dear All,
I own the BE850G2-CP UPS. It has one USB-A and another USB-C port with total corrent of 2.4 A as specified by APC datasheet and manual. However, when I connect a device to USB-A port (tablet) it behaves as the current provided by the port was far less (0.5 A at most). Another case would be the phone that is not charged at all. I also own a typical 2.4 A charger (Mean Well) and the same devices are charged as expected (fast and no problems) with it (same cable). I wonder whether any of you encountered such a weird behaviour of BE850G2-CP USB-A port. Are you able to draw 2.4 A out from BE850G2-CP or BE650G2-CP?
