Hi,
For the NAS, the Back-UPS is designed with a single USB port and assuming the NAS you have support shutdown over USB you can connect a USB cable to 1 of the NAS. For the second NAS you will need a second Back-UPS. Another option is to connect the UPS to an intermediary and script that system to send shutdown signal to the NAS.
Do you leave the Mac book connected to the UPS all of the time and are the NAS and Mac book on a network? If so depending on the version of OS X you could install ACPUPSD on the Mac book and write a shutdown script that APCUPSD would run to power down the NAS over the ne...
