Purchased a new BE550R for my home. Specs say input voltage 120 volt 12 amps. Is this 12 amps only when the battery is low and charging? Does this need to be plugged into a dedicated outlet, which I do not have in my home? I am thinking of buying more, but with this input spec I do not know if I can.
Also, what size UPS would I want on my 32" TV...regular tube type?
Why is the joule rating low compared to other regular surge protectors on the market?
Thanks.
