BE500-PH reset PC

BE500-PH reset my PC during a power outage (less than a second), the speakers make a short noise, the light bulb of the room blink and the UPS makes a sound like hit metal (about 2 times)
The UPS were fully charged (12h)
I unplug the UPS to check if the UPS works, and works fine

The UPS have 3 battery powered outlet
- midtower duron 1.2Ghz
- monitor 14" crt
- router xavi
1 surge protected outlet
- switch encore 8 port

I bought UPS a week ago.

In Peru the voltage is: 220 VAC and 60 cycles.

BE500-PH:
