Good day,
I have the above mentioned product for about a month now and it’s fully charged. However, this morning I was using it and I heard a click and my devices shut down even though they were plugged on to the battery and surge protector ports.
Devices being used were a ps4 pro console and a Samsung 4K tv. Two days ago I noticed that the circuit breaker switch could have been pressed in, so I did that. Is it possible this caused the outage ? I assume this is the on position for the circuit breaker as I don’t see that listed anywhere in the manual. I have also tried the troubleshooting steps and it has not occurred again since.
Does anyone have any idea as to why the outage occurred in the first place ?
Thank you,
Kevon.

Hi Kevon,
The BE425M has the ability to support a maximum of 225watts while On-Battery. The devices you have connected are far extreme for this UPS. the PS4 Pro has a 310watt power supply, which on it's own "might" work as it has a nominal power draw of around 165watts. It's difficult to say how much more the Samsung TV would be as you have not included a model number of size. In either event, the two devices are most likely Overloading the UPS causing it to shutdown. I would recommend identifying the power specs of your TV and look into purchasing another UPS capable of supporting the configuration.
