I use these to protect standard POS Micros workstation 5 terminal. If the Ground Fault light is on, will the battery side completely turn off?
....that is what I am seeing on 2 Different UPS be350 Units. The surge Side still works but the Battery Side is completely Shut down. Tried power cycle and still no Battery Side Power.....

Hi,
You should read Knowledge Base document FA158817 "What does the site wiring fault indicator LED on my UPS or Surge Arrester represent?"
The UPS should still provide power on both the surge and battery outlets even if the site wiring fault LED is lit. You should check the battery connection to verify the battery is connected properly. To test the units you should power them down, unplug them from the AC source, then press and hold the power on button for a few seconds. The units should start from battery. If they do not then the batteries are either disconnected or are bad.
