can you give us the first several digits of the serial number? do you happen to have a voltmeter available to measure the DC voltage on the battery?

Hi, i acquired a new unit from Amazon on the 4th June 2019 - £293. I have already had to change the batteries once and acquired a spare set just in case as it seems to want new ones every 2 to 3 years.
However, i was working away from the office over the last two days where access to my sever (supplied by power from the APC Pro 1200) was working well until earlier today before I returned to the office. I was unable to remotely access my server from the laptop or mobile phone leading me to believe something was wrong with the server itself.
Upon returning to the office, I noticed that everything that was connected to the UPS was off and that the UPS itself had turned off, explaining why i the server had suddenly stopped working - no power to anything, including the UPS itself..
I replaced the batteries this evening eager to get on with what i had to complete before tomorrow but the unit beeps only when pressing the on-off button after replacement and it wont turn on. I tried another set of batteries and nothing seems to work.
I cannot fully accept that all of the batteries can have failed at the same time and even with a new set in and power cord connected, it wont turn on and simply beeps at me.
The old Back-Ups CS 650 with a single battery serving another office PC, comms, internet, etc. seems to be working fine and has done for a number of years now. This new one seems to have failed after just over three and a half years.
Is there anything I have dont wrong and is there a solution to what might be a common and easy-fix problem?
I hope there is but if it turns out that i need a replacement, it might not be another APC this time around...
Desperately seeking some assistance.
Many thanks
