The battery backup not working.

When switch off ac ,automatic shud down ups.

The battery backup not working.

Im already check the battery using multimeter its show 13v.

Hi Rames,

Can I ask you to remove the battery connector and then reinsert it to check that it is in correctly.

Can you also please tell me what do you have connected to the UPS?

Im already did so many time the yellow connector remove and insert.

Im just use for laptop only.

In battery mode not working.

Automatic shudown.
