Alarm Event P.08 SRT10KXLI with FW UPS 16.0 ID1045

Hello,

I have trouble alarm with UPS SRT10KXLI, alarm code P.08, FW UPS 16.0, ID1045, it power up normal for only 6 month.

When i browse the solution, it can solved by upgrade the FW, but i can find the updated FW for FW UPS 16.0 ID1045. I hope i can got it from this forum, please for your help sir.

If the hardware is still under APC Warranty I suggest you create a service request with APC Technical Support.

You can ask them for this specific firmware release as I don’t see it even listed under the UPS ID 1045 / v16 at all.

Should you obtain a copy of this firmware please do share the same with the members here.

As I’m sure it will help the next person asking the same.

Did a firmware fix this error I have the same. Error suggests relay error. But I had no alarms prior.
