Hello,
I have an APCRBC141 replacement battery cartridge. I received it reading 69 volts at the connector - I would expect that to be at least 72 (6x12) or even higher for fully-charged lead-acid batteries. Are these units typically shipped with only a partial charge? Is this RBC too discharged to be reliable? At the moment I do not have access to an UPS to plug it in to for a functional check.
Thanks,
J.

Hi @rocketjames
APC batteries are typically ship from the factory at approximately 80% charge. So this would be normal. There is also factor on how long it was in stock if it was purchase from a different vendor.
Please refer to https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158934/ for more info.
