I just replaced the four batteries. I recently connected to Network port for smart connect. Smart connect indicates batteries need to be replaced by a certain past date. How do I update new date for batteries and for how long should it be. 1,2 or 3 years. Can I change through smart connect or at the UPS itself . Can’t seem to find instructions or how to do either. Smart connect is the free version.

On page 11 it explains how to enter the configuration mode to update the battery which is on page 13. The UPS may or may not ask you to enter the month and year. You can also tell the UPS a new battery has been inserted if you have Power Chute Business Edition installed and connected to the UPS.
It (may or may not) ask you to enter the month and year of the battery install. Doing so will reset an internal counter and the unit will apply the correct charging parameters - based on an internal lookup table.
