Is there a difference from my old 2022 battery ups BGM1500B to the BGM1500B US? I am confused with the model with B and B US. So the US is sold in USA? Why did bestbuy sell me the B model? Is the BGM1500B US sinewave or pure sinewave? What about the non US model?

Both systems offer Pure Sine Wave output.
As for the (B) vs (US) over the years APC has refined the marketing for region specific areas to denote where it was sold.
America = US, Canada = CA, India = IN, Germany = G, etc.
NOTE: In the past the (B) also denoted the unit was (Black) vs the beige colour for various series of APC UPS.
This model came in white, silver, and black.

The silver and white models were available in certain markets and regions.
I don’t believe they are currently being made but may be lucky to find a unit being sold as NOS (New Old Stock) online / retail.
