APC forums, free?

Why can't we enter APC forums from Turkey without using a proxy? I have seen many porn sites that restricts visitors from Turkey! 🙂 And this is very understandable! But APC forums is a technical information place and a visitor rush from Turkey is not possible! 🙂 In fact there are only 2 users from 70 million, and I am one of the two! 🙂 So I really wonder why? And one more point, message writing using a proxy was not allowed until recently, I mean the forum was only "read only" for proxy using visitors from Turkey... I hope this will not be evaluated as a security problem, and we will not return to the bad " read only" days again!

are there other problems you are encountering, or are others you know having an issue? i thought we resolved your issue a while back with access to the forum?

From different cities in Turkey and from different locations in Ankara, nobody can enter the forums! As long as I can enter and ask questions while using a proxy, this is not important for me! But still I wonder what is the cause of this situation?
