Can anybody tell me what is the equivilant APC UPS to the PowerWare 9130 (1500VA, 700VA, 2K, 3K and 5K)....I'm looking to replace some UPS, but would like to have some APC, and would like some good arguments over Powerware.

I'm certainly no expert on Eaton products, though based on the specs I found after (briefly) looking at the Powerware 9130, it looks like the APC equivalent is the Smart-UPS RT line (from 1500va to 10kva).
Some differences I've found thus far...
Eaton's units have only 240v in/out whereas APC's are configurable for 208/240v in & out, with the option of 120v output with use of step-down transformers OR some units use split phase technology to output 208/240 & 120v simultaneously.
Eaton mentions automatic bypass, which APC has as well, though some models also have a bypass switch you can select manually/via NMC.
Eaton has the LCD display, which APC does NOT have, though most of the RT units (>3kva) ship with a NMC with environmental monitoring for remote management. Eaton's look like they're optional cards, not standard on any models.
Both have external battery options, though Eaton has up to 4 packs and APC allows up to 10 packs.
Both: rackmount/tower convertible, 2 year factory warranty, 0ms transfer time, hot swappable batteries (internal/external)...
That's about what I got from a general overview. Not sure what features are important to you but feel free to ask questions.
