Batteries have full charge but indicator screen shows that the batteries are depleted.

The batteries are no longer being detected by the UPS, and also the projected battery life of our UPS is 3-4 year and based on the serial that unit is almost 10 years.
I would recommend that you call our Technical Support Team at 1-800-800-4272, to give you a options about replacing the battery and trade-up the UPS itself.

Do you have the model and serial number of the unit? also have you encountered any electrical event prior to having this issue?
