We use this unit to power a printer, PC and 17" monitor. Our power comes from a 95KW generators, this unit is to keep PC running during Gen swaps and surges due to gen lag from heavy equipment.
Our Genset's rpm's slowed due to sludge getting into fuel filters so instead of running 62htz it was running 56. Swapped gensets and alarm on back up wouldn't go off so the power was turned off. Later that day I try to power the unit on and it will not turn on. No LCD no power period. Pushed the reset on the back, took batteries out and put them back in, still nothing.
This unit is about 2 years old and it has worked perfectly since brand new.
Any ideas on how to fix or should I just order a new one?

Would it be possible to plug this into a normal utility outlet(not powered by a generator)? If not, what voltage measurements do you see on the outlet that this unit is plugged into?
