APC UPS

Hi I bought a 1600va UPS on 5/9/24 and after a week it now makes a random single beep every 45mins to an hour, sometimes sounding a bit sick.

im running a DVR, 2 AHD 4K cameras and a router,

I read the manual and searched online as well as forums.

i couldn’t find information on a random beep

I would highly recommend you contact APC Technical Support to initiate a RMA for this unit as it has a 2 year warranty. 

You’ll need the purchase receipt, serial number, and description of the problem. They will more than likely replace your unit with a factory refurbished unit.

NOTE: This hardware has been discontinued by APC. As such it’s imperative you have the unit replaced because this model hasn’t been updated with a replacement.
