APC Back UPS ES 700

Hi,
we've got about fifthteen these UPS in our company and they start to be weird. Especialy one, where the computer is randomly going to sleep mode. The battery is showing 100% charged and is also brand new. Any ideas what can I try? Any possibilities to do some hard reset via serial cable or so?

Because the UPS unit do a click right in the moment. I've tried to connect another UPS to the same computer and is it not doing. This UPS clicks even with no outlet connected.
