The serial number for the unit is 9B1942A10132.
We had this unit connected to a computer and two monitors and moved the computer and monitors to a new office yesterday. The unit was unplugged for 5 or so minutes and when we plugged the equipment back in, the unit was clicking off and on. There would be an occasional beep and when we attempted to turn the computer on, the unit would turn off. Reading some troubleshooting online, it stated that the outlet could be the issue so we plugged the unit into a different outlet but didn't attempt to turn on the computer or monitors thinking the battery may have needed to charge.
We unplugged everything and left the unit plugged in overnight and had a steady green light all night and again this morning. When we plugged the computer and monitors back in, the unit gave off a continuous beep and the light flashed red/green quickly.
Any troubleshooting help is appreciated.

Based on the sound and LED indicators you noted up above. The internal battery needs to be replaced.
The user manual indicates the internal battery isn’t user replaceable. 🤦♂️👎
If you review a few YouTube videos you’ll be able to figure out how to replace the internal battery. 👍
I have appended the user manual for your specific UPS model for review & confirmation:
