APC BE850m2 flashing green continuous beep

My UPS was working fine for about 3 weeks with load plugged in both Battery/Surge and Surge sides. All of a sudden, the UPS cut off one day and the green light kept blinking while the UPS was beeping continuously. Everything plugged into the UPS turned off. I did not experience a power outage at the time.

I tested the UPS in a new outlet with no load and it would do the same thing. Light would blink green and UPS made continuous beeping noise until I pressed the button. I tested plugging in a lamp on both battery and surge sides while this would happen but no power was supplied to the lamp. The circuit breaker in the UPS is not popped out. I checked the battery to make sure the connections were ok. 

I tried leaving the unit plugged in overnight with no luck. I also tried holding down the button trying to force the UPS into battery mode, the green light would blink with the same continuous beep. Power was supplied to the lamp while it was plugged into the battery side but only for about 10 seconds. The unit would continue to beep but no power was supplied.

Was this issue resolved?  I have had my APC for one week and it is doing the same thing.

No. They sent me a new one and not too long after I had the same issue. At that point, I gave up on this product. I didn't need a UPS that bad.

I purchased 6 of these or at least my IT department did and 1 failed in the first week and 2 more today at the exact same time.  

Ridiculous.  Trying to get them replaced.
