Hello,
I've recently bought APC BACK-UPS BX1400U-GR and one important thing for buying it was voltage regulation. I live in a place where I constantly have between 214V - 222V and I want to set UPS limits between 210V - 240V. The problem is that using PowerChute Personal Edition, my upper limit is only 280V and lower one between 150V - 160V. Can I set a more restrictive range somehow?

Thanks for the answer Bill. I would suggest to upgrade product page with this exact information. Instead of specifying "Input voltage range for main operations" --> "150 - 280 V" (and get people confused, as I was) specify lower limit between 150-160V and upper set to 280V. I would not have bought this UPS if I knew this detail.

Hi,
Sorry for the long delay in a response. Those settings are based on the UPS and are not user definable.
