There seems to be a surplus of 100 volt (Japan) specific UPSs available for purchase in the US.
What would it take to get one operational on US (110/120) current?
Changing a few software settings or so much time/money swapping hardware parts that its not worth trying?
Thanks,
Dan

I strongly do not recommend you to use 100 Vac UPS system in the U.S. The 100 Vac UPS may not work on AC Power if the input voltage is 120 Vac. Moreover, the 100Vac UPS warranty will be void if you use it in the United States. Secondly, it will not comply with the US regulatory approvals.
