Hi,
I have a AP7723 transfer switch. It has mistakenly upgraded with AP7921 firmware and it has now this firmware:
AOS 3.9.0
rpdu 3.7.4
I have tried all of the ways to installed the correct application apc_hw02_g2ats_390.bin
Using the upgrade utility this error comes (Incompatible HW). I have also tried direst FTP, Serial cable (XModem), TFtp and got no success.
Can anybody Help me on this Issue?

Hi Amir,
My recommendation would be FTP. Could you clarify how you tried FTP and the specifics of what part failed or what the result was? A screenshot or text output of what happened would be the most helpful.
In general, you should be following the procedure here (http://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA156047) covered for NMC1 - FTP method and also keeping in mind what is covered here as well specific to a Rack ATS firmware upgrade (http://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA156178).
In addition to loading the Operating System (AOS), you would need to load the g2ats .bin file which is the application file.
It'd also be helpful if you still have Telnet access to let me know what exactly it says when you log in with your username and password at the status screen - perhaps you could provide a screenshot?
