wiring SURTD5000RMXLP3U for 240V use
Good morning,
I got a SURTD5000RMXLP3U and I am trying to use it in my home rack. The UPS seems to be new in it's own box, so I assume it was not used before. I plugged it into a 240V outlet using it's plug but it did not start at all. Then I open the back where the cord enters the UPS and I looked at the wires. The markings are L1, L2 and N which I assume stands for Line 1 (Hot), Line 2 (Hot) and N = Neutral. The thing is that the wires seems to be connected in a strange way, and I'm thinking this was configured maybe for 3-phase 208V? As you can see from the attached image, the white is attached to L1 and I think it should be attached to N (I checked the continuity and I confirmed that white is Neutral) and the red is connected to N and it should be a hot, So, my question is: do I need to switch the the white and red cable in order to set this UPS for 240V?
