It means AC Line Voltage Root Mean Squared which basically means what your nominal (expected) AC voltage is or what you want to set it to. I don't know what you're looking at but I know we have this setting in a Rack Automatic Transfer switch and you're supposed to set whatever your normal AC input line voltage is in the field. i.e. 220V or 230V, depending on region/location.
