AP5017 cable pinout?

I recently acquired a couple APC RKM's-- an AP5015 and an AP5017. It seems EXTREMELY hard to find data cables for these. it had a DB25 on one end (to plug into the RKM) and VGA+2-PS2 on the other. Since I can't find these cables, does anyone have a pinout please?
