The latest version available is v3.9.3 that you can find here:
-> https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/APC_RPDU_393_EN/
As for the the upgrade process, it is described in this document -> https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA156047/
Please note that the Network card in the PDU is an NMC 1 card, and you should look after that type when choosing process.

now i need to rescue this PDU
anyone here willing to give correct steps to recover this PDU? i also cant even plug in any device to it, if i cant access web UI why wont the PDU even work at all???
