Is it possible to use the smart ups 3000 with vmware esxi 5.0.
if it's possible how can i config to first shutdown the vmware clients and as last vmware itself.

here is the powerchute network shutdown compatibility chart which is what you'll need along with an AP9630 or AP9631 network management card in your UPS to get this done -> http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/SJHN-7AYQNP_R30_EN.pdf
PCNS 3.0.1 is due in the coming months which will have a clean install available for ESXi 5.0 which will avoid the error mentioned in the first article I noted.

no unfortunately not. only powerchute network shutdown with the NMC supports ESXi operating systems.
