there is a 4 years ups ( SURT8000XLTW ) installed at our customer site.
two weeks ago , the ups output power being turn off unexpected and cause to drop the load on 11.Jun.2012 04:33.
according to the ups event log data , we can not identified the root cause due to no specially log on that period.
I hope if someone ever experienced same issue like us , please share it to me.
