ups failure

How can i resolve the problem below?
I have a 30kva UPS with serial number PS0913140294 and module serial number PS0913240570. This unit machine has a system failure detected by surveillance alarm. on normal start-up, this error is always there but it doesn't come immediately when i cold-start the unit. when i start the unit without utility power, it fails to turn on the load. when i give it utility power whilst on battery, it says no alarms present but the load would still be off. when i command it to turn load on, i hear the contactor energising and before then load is on the contactor de-energises again within a second, then the alarm "system failure detected by surveillance "appears.
on raw status data, this is what i got: m state=020302 00000000 00000000 00000001.
May you please help me determine what is wrong with this unit.
