Dear friends,
I HAVE 2 BY SUVTP 40KH WHICH ARE EXPERIENCING NO MAINS ERROR. MAINS NOT AVAILABLE IS THE MAIN ERROR EVEN WHEN I CAN CONFIRM THE MAINS AVAILABILITY. THE OTHER ALARM IS BATTERY DISCHARGED. HOW CAN I BE HELPED.
Mains Not Available. Input Freq/Volt Out of Range.
Meaning: The frequency or voltage is out of acceptable range for normal operation. Corrective Action: Correct the input voltage to provide acceptable voltage or frequency.
Battery Discharged.
Meaning: The UPS is in battery operation and the battery charge is low. Note: Runtime is limited in duration. Corrective Action: No corrective action is necessary. Shut down the system and the load equipment or restore incoming voltage.
