The firmware of a SUA1000 cannot be upgraded. The firmware for a network management card can be upgraded. You will find the network card firmware at this link. https://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/index.cfm

You need to look for the model number of your Network Management Card

If it is an AP9630, AP9631 or AP9635 then the following download link is the one you want
