PowerChute Business 10.0.2.301
The error message on Screenshot 79 appears in the log every 5 seconds.
I try to adjust "time for operating system to shut down" but the dropdown (Screenshot 78) is not working. I can click but nothing appears.
Can anyone help?

Ah okay, that's the reason. I'm running Windows Server 2019. Then i will live with the error message.
Thank you!

Hi,
You are communicating with a Back-UPS and PowerChute Business Edition is not compatible with a Back-UPS. If you are running Windows 10, 8, 7 you can install PowerChute Personal Edition for use with a Back-UPS.
