Temperature sensor disconnected

I have just installed the temperature sensor that comes with the UPS

The ups model is a Smart-UPS SRT 10000 (SRT10KRMXLT)

All went well and configured alerts for minimum and maximum value.

Then a few minutes later I enable SSH access and need to reboot management interface.

Since then the sensor is not detected.

SSH is OK but not the temperature sensor.

The NMC2 is at latest firmware v6.6.4

What's is the problem ?

Hi,

What port do you have the sensor connected to and when enabling SSH are you entering a host key?
