hi
the symmerta px cannot upload data log on network management interface slot.
on event log page this error repeats :
system:Data log upload failed : unknown error (code 249).
what's this error?

can you provide event.txt, data.txt and config.ini? instructions are here -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ -> search for FA156131
have you been using data log rotation for some time? have you checked to see if your FTP server has accepted any uploads recently?
im not sure what the error code means specifically but we'll just need to see why it failed.
