i face problem with Symmetra RM 6KVA give i/p  circuit breaker open and battery 4,5,6 in battery frame not installed

please advise.

This type of issue may be best supported by one of our local technical support individuals walking you through dealing with the UPS while you're in front of it which is typically what we do for more complex issues.

But, the first thing is how many battery frames does this UPS have? What model is the UPS frame?

Rasha I forgot to ask - what have you tried so far? Reseating the batteries for example? And what are the first six characters of the batteries?

Hi Rasha,

I think we're jumping to conclusions on what the problem is necessarily - based on what you're telling me anyway. I urge you to walk through this with your local technical support team to verify the root cause of the issues.

Also, in North America, we don't replace backplanes in the battery frame, only the entire frame. Any replacements would need to go through technical support anyway if this UPS is under warranty.

Hi angela,

first no. of frame one ,have 3 battery module in frame and UPS have 3 battery module.

after check we found ups need to replace all battery after replace give me i/p circuit breaker open  and fault led is light and battery module in frame not installed

what can i do replace back plane in battery frame and intelligent module

please advise
