when the ups goes on battery the shutdown process begin after few minutes ,but when the power restore ,the PCNS still continues the shutdown process, how can I configure the powerchute or ups to stop shutdown process after the power restored !!!???

That's how our software are configured, once it calls the shutdown process there is no way to stop it.

You'll need to manually turn it on somehow either via the power switch on the server or perhaps with a switched rack PDU for example if your computer BIOS is set to last AC state to cycle the power to the server so it comes on to its "last state" of on. You can also reboot your entire UPS output to do that same power cycle to the equipment to have it come back on.

Set PCNS to turn off the UPS as well. Then set the computer's BIOS settings to turn back on after a power failure, or return to last state.
