Hello,
I have an src2000xli which was disconnected for more than a year.
Now, I plugged in and the UPS shows the "X" fault red led and 0-0-1-1-1 from top to bottom on the battery leds.
Any help, please? Thanks.

The SRC2000XLI is a discontinued model, and so is the battery pack, The battery packs have a 3-5 year life span, and being disconnected for a year would not have helped. The LED configuration you have mentioned is not in our documentation as a known fault code.
You may find your best way forward is to use our Trade UPS program and trade your faulty SRC2000XLI in to get a discount on a new APC UPS.
