I am not an IT expert but have to deal with this issue, so please bear with me... 😉
We have an RT3000 in our network rack which got new batteries in October 2016. I now get the symptoms that it randomly shuts down.
When I attend the rack the UPS show the following lights:
Bypass Light is lit
Fault Light is lit
Faulty Battery is flashing
Only the top light of the 5 Battery lights is lit
Are the batteries gone again? Any explanation for this? The troubleshooting in the documentation doesn't explain this combination of lights...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
