I upgraded my AP9617 and AP9619 to the newest version 3.7.2 and now my UPS will not shutdown on a power failure nor reboot when power is restored. If I manually control it it works but the automation does not work.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Regards
Dean

Hmm..This sounds strange as the functionality I think you're describing lives on the UPS mostly, though settings can be changed through the AP9617/19. Do you use PowerChute? If so, what version?
Can you provide your event.txt, data.txt and config.ini files to review? That way, we can check the settings/log events to see if something jumps out.
