I am not sure what you mean by "make test" - did you do the self test or a manual test but removing the AC power from the UPS and letting it run the battery down? A UPS self test does not last for a minute on the UPS as far as I know.
There also could be settings on this UPS potentially causing it to start indicating low battery. Do you have access to PowerChute with this UPS to verify what the low battery duration/signaling time is set to?

Since you're using using PowerChute it sounds like or some utility, how much runtime does the UPS report? And what are the shutdown settings on the UPS? I need to know the low battery duration/signaling time.

You'll want to make sure you let the UPS charge for at least 24 hours before doing any testing. You'll also want to make sure there are no serial or USB cables connected to the UPS when you do this. I assume you're removing AC power and letting the UPS run until it turns off completely?
How long were the previous batteries lastly? And what exact indicator do you mean by "battery low" - a solid or flashing LED perhaps?
