I have one question: Why I get error "Battery Sys Error - 0100" on SRT5KRMXLI with SRT192RMBP? I don't have even extension cable.

if no extension cable is attached this could possibly indicate a hardware fault. I would contact your local support team for assistance with troubleshooting or replacement (if needed).
