proxy settings on APC Smart-UPS SMC1000IC

Is it possible to set up a proxy server on a UPS device that has a LAN port to access the SmartConnect web console https://smartconnect.apc.com?

Where do I set it up?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish here?!?

The Smart Connect RJ45 (Green) port can not be accessed or used locally. It is tied to the APC Cloud Hosted Service. ☝️

Your only local options are the Smart Slot using the legacy NMC 2 or newer NMC 3. Another option is to connect the system via USB to a computer running APCUPSD or NUT.

If it came down to which option using the NMC 2/3 is preferred. As it incorporates everything from notifications, access, control, and management.
