Replace battery despite battery replacement

I have replaced the batteries in my Smart-UPS SRT 10000 and set the installation date. Nevertheless, the message “Needs Replacement” remains. The batteries are charged.

Unplug the battery connector and wait for the system to declare a fault. Wait another ten seconds and reconnect the battery connector.

The system should prompt you to confirm the battery has been replaced. Toggle from No to Yes and enter the installation date and hit save.

Follow up by manually initiating a Self Test and let pass & recover.

Complete the process by manually initiating a battery calibration with at least 30% connected loads on the outputs.

Let this process complete and battery recover.
