Hi Olivier,
I am experiencing the same issue with my APC Smart-UPS SMC1500C. Accessing the web interface every time is not convenient, and I was also looking for an iPhone app that could provide access to my UPS data. Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem where EcoStruxure IT does not accept my existing login credentials for web access.
Have you found any workaround or alternative solutions for this? I’d appreciate any insights from the community or official support regarding this issue.
Thanks!
