Good day,
few days ago, this UPS is stop working.
During the last 2,5 years, its working fine and there was no problem.
Now, this UPS does not start. When I press the ON button, all diods on front panel flashing every 2 seconds with quiet beep with the flash every 2 seconds.
Can anybody help me, or this UPS is dead and there is no chance to repair it by myself?
Or can somebody tels me, how much costs the repair?
Thanks for your answers.
Best regards,
Stanislav

This does not sound good. For local support/repair information, it is best to contact your local technical support team as they are better versed in those options. Information on contacting them is here -> http://www.apc.com/support/contact/index.cfm
Anyway, can you provide us the first several digits of the serial number on the UPS? Do you have any idea what happened to the unit prior? (like a power outage, someone working on the UPS, etc)
My other thought is to know what it is connected to for input power. What is the measured battery voltage?
You can try to braindead the UPS and reset it and see if it turns on as well. To do this, you need to turn off and unplug everything from it (including power or data cables). You'll need to turn off the UPS input breaker or somehow remove it from AC power. Then hold down the off button and see if the UPS clicks and LEDs (diodes) flash. If so, go ahead then and reapply AC power to the UPS and you can reconnect the load if you still have any on it and go ahead and try to turn it back on and see if any change.
