powerchute getting error "Failed to take host out of maintenance mode"

Hi,

The powerchute keep getting error " Failed to take host out of maintenance mode" after auto shutdown.

All the vm machine and host already up and powerchute able to connect to vcenter however it keep sendin this error msg.

Any idea what wrong with the configuration ?
